Ray Gonzalez

Ray Gonzalez is the EVP of Operations at Mosaic. Prior to this, they served as National Vice President of Operations for BB Living Residential, where they were responsible for overseeing, managing, and training operational disciplines for Meritage Homes divisions located in Denver, Phoenix, Tucson, Northern CA, and Southern CA. Ray has also served as Vice President of Joint Venture Operations for Taylor Morrison and Regional Vice President of Purchasing for Meritage Homes. In 2008, they were appointed President and COO of Triad Real Estate Partners.

Gonzalez has spent their career in various leadership roles within the real estate industry. Ray is a proven leader with a track record of success in creating value and tangible Direct Cost savings in each market they have worked in. Ray is also responsible for creating specifications and architectural programming for first time buyer product "Live.Now" which has been a huge success. Additionally, they have served as one of 5 National trainers and created an "on-boarding" program for West Region.

Ray Gonzalez has a BSBA from the University of Phoenix in Finance-Economics and a Business degree from El Camino College. Ray also has a High School Diploma from Aviation High School.

Ray Gonzalez reports to Salman Ahmad, CEO and Co-founder. They are on a team with Mervin Singson - CFO, Max Leiserson - VP of Technology, and Sep Kamvar - Chairman and cofounder.
