Vanessa Doan

Vanessa Doan holds a Master of Arts in Communication and Marketing from the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Hanoi University. Currently serving as a Case Manager and Employment Counsellor with MOSAIC since October 2021, Vanessa supports approximately 98 clients from diverse backgrounds by conducting needs assessments, tailoring resumes, and facilitating job searches. Previous roles include Recruitment Representative at Lakeland College Canada, where Vanessa promoted educational programs, and Senior Communications Coordinator at RMIT University Vietnam, where Vanessa established media relationships and executed public relations campaigns. Vanessa also completed a diploma in Social Work and a course in Ethics for Career Development Practitioners.
