Heather Schekirke

Heather Schekirke has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Heather is currently working as an Associate Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Mosaic since November 2019. Prior to that, they served as a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Mutual of Omaha in 2019. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as the Director of Talent Acquisition / Resource at Ensign Services. Heather was also the Director of Recruitment & Licensure at Presence Health from June 2015 to December 2016. Before that, they held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition at Life Care Centers of America from 2011 to 2015. Heather started their career as a Recruitment Senior Account Manager at C&A Industries from 2009 to 2011. Heather also worked as a Placement Coordinator at NovoLogix Inc./Ancillary Care Management from 2006 to 2009. Heather gained experience as a Sales and Leasing Agent at Richdale Apartments in 2007. Finally, Heather started their career in the healthcare industry as a Patient Tech / Certified Nursing Assistant at CHI Health Formally Alegent Health Care - Bergan Mercy from 2002 to 2006.

Heather Schekirke, TMCP, has a Master's Degree in Organizational Performance Management from Bellevue University. Heather also completed their degree in Health Care Administration/Marketing with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Creighton University. Heather is currently pursuing their SPHR certification.
