Domenic Taft has been working in the design industry since 2016. Domenic began as a Design Intern at Columbia Street Studios, then moved on to become a Designer at Scratch Tapas & Craft, where they worked intimately with the restaurant owner for a re-brand that included a new menu and sidewalk advertisements. In 2017, they were a Junior Designer at Purple, Rock, Scissors, where they designed the interface of an attraction experience app for the Fast & the Furious ride at Universal Studios, Orlando and designed user interfaces, brand elements, UI animations, and presentations for clients such as Facebook, Instagram, Orlando Utilities Commission, Adventist Health Systems, Siemens, and Cartoon Network. Domenic also assisted in the brand positioning of Purple, Rock, Scissors with internal branding, illustration, and motion graphics work. In 2018, they worked as a Freelance Designer at Swng Productions and as a Digital Designer as a Freelance. In 2019, they were a UI/UX Designer at McKinsey & Company and Equisolve, Inc. Currently, they are a Product Designer at both Mosaic.tech and Upperstudy.
Domenic Taft completed their High School Diploma from Design & Architecture Senior High in 2009. Domenic then attended Full Sail University where they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Digital Arts & Design in 2017. In 2020, they completed a Specialization in Interaction Design from UC San Diego.
