Mark Clifton has a diverse work experience in the field of project management and electrical engineering. Mark has worked as a Project Director at Mosanada FMS, where they oversaw the transition from construction to operations at FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 competition and non-competition venues. Prior to that, they were a Senior MEP Manager at KEO International Consultants, responsible for the MEP coordination and management of the Al Janoub Stadium project. Mark also worked as an MEP Manager at BW: Workplace Experts and as an MEP Manager/Senior Electrical Engineer at BECK. Earlier in their career, Mark worked as an Electrical Project Manager at Bancroft Ltd, and they started their career at M.J. Quinn Integrated Services Ltd., where they held various roles including Electrical Project Engineer, Electrical Supervisor, Electrician, and Electrical Trainee.
Mark Clifton completed their education at several institutions. From 1998 to 2003, they attended The College of North West London, where they earned a City & Guilds 2360 Part 1, 2 & C in Electrical Installation theory and practice. Following this, from 2005 to 2007, they studied at City of Westminster College, obtaining an HNC in Building Services Engineering. Finally, Mark attended London South Bank University until 2010, earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree with honors in Building Services Engineering. Mark has also obtained additional certifications, including becoming a Chartered Engineer from the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET) in October 2020 and obtaining the GSAS - Operations Certified Green Professional certification from the Gulf Organisation for Research & Development in November 2020.
