MOSCHINO
Chelsea Ma currently serves as the E-Commerce & CRM Manager for APAC & China at MOSCHINO, overseeing direct-to-consumer e-commerce, third-party platforms, loyalty programs, and sCRM since January 2023. Previously, Chelsea was involved in digital experience and operations for global e-commerce at DFS Group Limited from January 2021 to January 2022, focusing on e-commerce direct-to-consumer strategies including Click-and-Collect and guided shopping. Chelsea also held a position at YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP from September 2017 to August 2021 in sales and marketing for the APAC region, managing channels such as brand websites and social media. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Marketing Officer at Clé de Peau Beauté from September 2015 to September 2017, as well as a trainee at MUFG from June 2014 to September 2015, where activities involved market research and accounting. Chelsea holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from The University of Hong Kong and has further education from HSB Hochschule Bremen – City University of Applied Sciences.
