Ellen Fulcher

Ellen Fulcher has an extensive work history in quality and engineering management. Ellen started their career in 1988 at Caterpillar Inc. where they held various roles including Six Sigma Black Belt and Quality Manager. Her projects focused on improving paint processes, safety, and weld engineering. Ellen also served as a Supply Chain Planning Manager and a Six Sigma Master Black Belt where they led deployment efforts. Later in their career, they worked at Aptar as a Quality Engineering Manager before retiring happily. In 2022, they joined Moser Energy Systems as the Director of Quality.

Ellen Fulcher has a Bachelor's of Science in Metallurgical Engineering and a Bachelor's of Arts in Sociology from the University of Notre Dame. Ellen also has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor's of Science in Organizational Management from Aurora University. Additionally, they have multiple certifications including Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) from ASQ - World Headquarters, Certified Supplier Quality Professional from ASQ - World Headquarters, Certified Supply Chain Professional from APICS, Certified Manager of Quality / Operational Excellence from ASQ - World Headquarters, and Provisional QMS Auditor from International Register of Certificated Auditors.
