Marcy A. Horne

Marcy A. Horne has a diverse range of work experience in various educational institutions. Marcy A. currently works at the Moses Lake School District as an Assistant Director Special Services. Prior to this, they served as a College and Career Counselor III at Muckleshoot Tribal College.
