Each country, state, and municipality has its own employment requirements that need to be maintained on an ongoing basis. Those requirements span HR, tax, accounting, and legal which is complicated and requires deep expertise. As a result, keeping up with the differences and the sheer volume of obligations makes hiring people in many locations expensive and painful.

Responsibilities

  • Act as an individual contributor to develop clear strategies and persuasive messaging that effectively communicate the value of the Mosey platform to buyers, users, and partners.
  • Conduct thorough competitive research to position Mosey effectively against alternatives.
  • Produce compelling marketing and enablement materials to drive adoption and advocacy.
  • Great writer who can also do the operational and analytical work of driving successful campaigns.
  • Lead the strategy and execution of product launches to increase awareness and facilitate successful feature adoption.
  • Partner closely with sales and partnerships teams to refine messaging strategies and address content needs.
  • Engage in strategic planning, detailed research, impactful writing, comprehensive documentation, and results analysis.

  • Demonstrated capability in managing cross-functional projects involving diverse stakeholders (content, product, executive).
  • Detail-oriented with a deep understanding of product intricacies and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of enabling B2B software sales through effective messaging and content collaboration with product management to drive successful product launches and business growth, enter new markets, and convert sales.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a marketing role, preferably within the startup B2B software industry.
  • Strong writing and communication skills with a portfolio that demonstrates clear and persuasive messaging.
  • Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.- Additional certifications or specialized training in marketing strategies are advantageous.
  • Organized, curious, and detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM software, analytics tools, and content management systems.
