The purpose of this role is to promote the understanding and use of data to inform product development, go-to-market model/s, and leads the scaling of our data function. 

Key Responsibilities: (You don’t need to tick every box, we’d love to hear from you either way)

• Develop a strong understanding of the business and collaborate with a variety of teams to gather data requirements and provide data-driven insights to inform strategy and tactical initiatives

• Champion Mosh’s experimentation framework, ensuring statistical rigor in measuring the impact and incrementality of strategic initiatives across the business

• Lead best practices in Looker by cultivating our LookML infrastructure and provide guidance to teams to derive self-service insights

• Enhance data enablement by working with the team to optimise our data platforms and infrastructure, proactively seeking opportunities that future-proof our capabilities

• Take ownership of data initiatives, leading the way to align out data strategy with business goals and drive measurable impact

Qualifications and/or Experience Required:

• 5+ years of data analytics experience, preferably in a senior or lead capacity
• Expertise with Looker LookML and CDP tools such as Segment/Amplitude
• Strong proficiency in SQL and/or Python, with experience in data transformations
• Ability to present complex data insights  to a variety of different stakeholders
