Their responsibilities included overseeing branded content production and execution, managing the development of branded content products, maintaining and optimizing the Fox Sports website, leading experimentation and A/B testing efforts, driving digital audience growth through innovation, promoting collaboration between product and editorial teams, and managing incident responses. Antony also served as the Digital Cricket Lead and Coordinating Editor from May 2011 to December 2016, overseeing foxsports.com.au's cricket coverage.

In 2011, Antony briefly worked at the Department of Premier and Cabinet (NSW) as a Project Officer in Marketing and Communications for the Australia Day Council of NSW. Before that, they gained experience as an Account Executive at Hill & Knowlton from April 2009 to April 2011.

Antony Pinshaw completed a Product Management program at General Assembly in 2017. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2007, they attended Macquarie University and obtained a degree in Media in Writing. Additionally, Antony has obtained several certifications, including Strategic Thinking from Macquarie University in July 2021, SQL Course: Level 2a from the Centre for Continuing Education in August 2019, and Optimizely X Web Foundations Certification from Optimizely in October 2017.
