Moshe Junger is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of success, more than a decade-long. He was born in Monsey, NY in 1978. Moshe Junger's large resume is comprised of end-to-end construction and property management. Moshe Junger has been in the real estate sector for over 10 years. He has planned, developed, and invested in over 4,000 square feet of real estate.

Moshe Junger is a co-founder, president and Helmsman of Sterling Developers, a Brooklyn-based construction firm. Before becoming a Helmsman, he was a co-founder of a Brooklyn-based development company named RosmaDevelopment.

From 2003 to 2008, he raised over $150 million in equity. He also managed over $1 billion in acquisitions. Moshe Junger has helped both start-ups and established companies with business plan, financial projection, buy-out, and succession strategies, and project execution. He has managed 4,500 square feet of real estate over the years.

Moshe Junger has begun the creation and development of properties from the Tri-State region to Eastern Europe, such as “The Verizon Building”, as well as the highly competitive RFP for CUNY’s student housing project in Long Island City.

Since Mr. Junger High has always been focused on developing high-density residential and industrial developments in prominent emerging urban markets, whether in initial developments, joint ventures or advisory functions. Mr. Junger’s network of industry connections, vision, market knowledge, and potently effective in-house resources have made him a real 'titan of industry'.
