Moshe Junger is a co-founder, president and Helmsman of Sterling Developers, a Brooklyn-based construction firm. Before becoming a Helmsman, he was a co-founder of a Brooklyn-based development company named RosmaDevelopment.
From 2003 to 2008, he raised over $150 million in equity. He also managed over $1 billion in acquisitions. Moshe Junger has helped both start-ups and established companies with business plan, financial projection, buy-out, and succession strategies, and project execution. He has managed 4,500 square feet of real estate over the years.
Moshe Junger has begun the creation and development of properties from the Tri-State region to Eastern Europe, such as “The Verizon Building”, as well as the highly competitive RFP for CUNY’s student housing project in Long Island City.
