Head of Research & Efficacy at Moshi Kids

Allison H. has a diverse range of work experience in the education and child development field. Allison is currently a Board Member at the SEL Providers Association, starting in 2022. Prior to that, they held multiple roles at Moshi Kids starting in 2022, including Head of Research & Efficacy, where they focused on incorporating childhood development best practices into product features and overseeing user testing. Allison also served as Head of Schools at Moshi Kids, launching the Moshi for Educators program and conducting pilot studies in early childhood programs.

Earlier in their career, Allison worked at Responsive Classroom®/Center for Responsive Schools as Director of Client Services and Customer Care from 2016 to 2021. In this role, they provided leadership for sales and marketing campaigns to expand market share and enhance brand recognition. Before that, they were a Senior Manager of School and District Services at Responsive Classroom®, working closely with school and district leaders to develop customized professional development plans and manage day-to-day operations of the team. Allison started their tenure at Responsive Classroom® in 2007.

Allison has also worked as a Psychologist/Developmental Specialist at MSPCC Early Intervention in 2006, providing support to families and coordinating services. Prior to that, they worked as a Developmental Specialist at Cape Ann Early Intervention from 2005 to 2006, offering developmental services and assisting families in accessing appropriate resources.

In the early stages of their career, Allison was an Integrated Preschool Teacher at John Breen School from 2001 to 2004. Allison was responsible for planning a curriculum that aligned with learning goals and collaborating with families and service providers to support children's individual education plans.

Allison H. has a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from Salem State University. Allison also holds a Bachelor of Education (BEd) degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Endicott College.
