Gareth Hayes

Gareth Hayes has extensive work experience in CRM management and marketing. Gareth started their career as an Intern Marketing/PR Assistant at Ben Sherman in 2012, and later worked as a Press Assistant at Ted Baker from 2013 to 2014. Gareth then joined House of Fraser, where they held multiple roles including Junior Press Officer, Loyalty CRM Marketing Assistant, and Loyalty CRM Marketing Executive from 2014 to 2017.

In 2018, Gareth moved to Monsoon Accessorize as a CRM Executive, focusing on Loyalty and Lifecycle programs. Gareth also worked at Trainline as a CRM Campaign Executive, specializing in international engagement, from 2018 to 2020. Currently, Gareth is working at Moshi Kids as a Senior CRM Manager, having joined as a CRM Manager in 2020.

Gareth Hayes attended Bangor Grammar School from 2002 to 2008, where they obtained their A-Levels in History, I.T, and Politics. Following this, from 2010 to 2012, Gareth enrolled at The University of Manchester and pursued a degree in Marketing and Management of Fashion Textiles.
