Lutz Fricke

Lutz Fricke has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Lutz is currently the Head of Sustainability at MOSOLF SE & Co. KG since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at MOSOLF Logistics & Services GmbH as the Head of Climate Action from January 2021 to December 2021. Lutz also served as a Project Manager for Digitalization from July 2018 to December 2020, where they developed digital business models and led the implementation of new digital products.

Before joining MOSOLF, Lutz Fricke worked at AZ Medien as the Head of Data Management from March 2015 to June 2018. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing and improving manual and digital business processes. Lutz also acted as a liaison between different departments and IT teams.

Prior to their time at AZ Medien, Lutz Fricke was a Product Coordinator at Ringier AG from March 2014 to February 2015. During this period, they created an internal wiki site to enhance knowledge sharing and streamline coordination processes within the production department. Lutz also implemented projects related to process optimization and annual planning.

Lutz Fricke has also gained experience in the publishing industry. Lutz worked at Ringier Publishing GmbH as the Head of Production from June 2010 to February 2014, and earlier as a role in production and distribution from December 2006 to May 2010. Additionally, they started their career as an apprentice media salesman at Berliner Verlag from September 2004 to November 2006.

Lutz Fricke attended the Leopold-Ullstein-Schule from 2004 to 2007, where they pursued a degree in Verlagswesen (Publishing Studies) and obtained their Verlagskaufmann (Publishing Clerk) qualification.
