Billy W. Tilotta

Billy has practiced public accounting since 1996. He specializes in financial statement audits and consulting services for private companies in the technology, energy, and manufacturing and distribution industries. His experience includes audits of privately held businesses and publicly traded companies in accordance with SEC reporting requirements. Billy has worked with numerous clients on business combinations and private equity-backed capital transactions.

Billy is also a faculty instructor for the AICPA and teaches continuing professional education courses on a wide range of accounting topics to CPAs throughout the United States. In addition, he is a frequent guest lecturer at the Bauer College of Business at the University of Houston.
