Keegan McClure

Keegan McClure is an experienced tax professional with a Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law. Currently serving as Director of National Tax, Partnerships and M&A at Moss Adams since July 2022, Keegan previously held positions including Director of Renewable Energy and Partnership Tax at Leo Berwick, Manager of Tax Strategy and Planning at Bechtel Corporation, and Attorney in the Office of Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service. Prior experience includes managerial roles at PwC and Deloitte, along with a research assistantship under Professor Richard Pomp during law school and an internship at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Keegan's academic background is further strengthened by a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy, Government, and Politics from the University of Maryland.
