Stan Luker

Stan has worked in public accounting and consulting since 1996. He leads the firm’s Transaction Advisory Services Practice in Southern California and specializes in mergers and acquisitions for transactions ranging from several million dollars to $10 billion.

Prior to joining Moss Adams, Stan led the due diligence and restructuring practice of a California-based management consulting firm. He also served as that firm’s interim chief financial officer and oversaw the raising of more than $20 million in combined equity, junior and senior debt, and the restructuring and implementation of new business strategies and day-to-day operations. Stan began his career with a Big Four firm, where he worked on strategic and private equity acquisitions in the software, technology, oil, and gas industries. He also led numerous due diligence teams for corporate and private equity clients.
