Lucy Alonzo

Lucy Alonzo currently serves as the Director and National Warranty Manager at Moss & Associates, beginning in February 2022. With extensive experience in customer service and project coordination, Lucy has been with Coastal Construction since December 2013, where roles include Customer Service Manager and Project Coordinator for the Surf Club project in Surfside, Florida. Key responsibilities involve overseeing project close-outs, warranty processes, and training site staff, while maintaining strong communication with building engineers and managers. Previous positions include Executive Assistant roles at Integrated Security Systems and RO Architects + Planners, as well as Marketing Coordinator for high-end real estate development, assisting senior executives. Lucy holds an Associate's Degree in Building Construction and Human Resource Management from MD Wolfson Campus and has a diverse educational background in dance and addiction studies.
