Brian Felten

In his role as Vice President of Maintenance Services, Brian provides leadership, development and strategic planning for the maintenance department. He is responsible for labor, inventory, budget spend and customer support across Moss & Company’s portfolio to maintain asset value and enhance operational results. Brian joined Moss & Company in 2013, and has been instrumental in implementing various digital platforms and practices, allowing greater transparency and efficiency to our clients and building operations. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University and a Master's Degree in Instructional Technology from Grand Canyon University.
