Chris Gray is President of Moss & Company, Southern California’s leader in regional property management services. Chris oversees all facets of the company’s organizational structure, operations, and strategic planning. As President, he leads Moss & Company’s Executive Committee and provides guidance across the organization to support accelerated growth. Chris joined Moss & Company in 2011 and has been instrumental in building its multifamily business from 4,500 to over 14,000 units under management in the Greater Los Angeles Area. Chris was born and raised in Southern California and graduated from LMU in 2001 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Marketing. He is a proud member of the Institute of Real Estate Management and earned the CPM designation in 2014. He serves on the Board of Directors for the West LA Chamber of Commerce and The Resident Relief Foundation, which provides financial assistance to residents to avoid eviction. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Assessor Advisory Council under Assessor, Jeffrey Prang.
