Matthew Pinelle

Matthew Pinelle is currently the Director of Technical Support at Sierra Cascade Consulting Group, LLC, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Matthew served as a Senior Business System Analyst at Mosser Companies, Inc. from November 2020 and was the Technical Support Manager at Cottonwood Residential from December 2015 to November 2020, focusing on SaaS/PaaS support for Yardi Voyager and Entrata Property Management software. Matthew's earlier experience includes a role in Network Operation/IT at Rsystems from September 2005 to November 2020, where monitoring network health for a major mobile messaging company was key, alongside IT administrative responsibilities. Matthew holds an Associate of Science degree from Salt Lake Community College, obtained between 1998 and 2001.
