Tarek Dergham

Tarek Dergham has been working in the IT industry since 2015. From 2015 to 2017 they were a Supervisor at Paramount Fine Foods, where they were responsible for overseeing all front and back of the house restaurant operations and ensuring customer satisfaction. In 2017, they began working as a Software Engineer at Statusphere, where they built and designed websites and mobile applications for both Android and IOS platforms using React and ReactJS. In 2018, they began working as a Quality Assurance at UniKey Technologies, where they tested and inspected Nortek Linear commercial access readers, ran automated tests and wrote reports, and updated defects databases. Currently, they are working as a Technical Support Specialist at Mosyle, and as an IT Support Technician at ASD Adult Achievement Center, where they set up PCs, laptops, and IMacs for staff and intern participants, troubleshoots any computer or printer issues, and installs new hardware such as printers, cordless phones, VoIP phones, or wifi extenders.

Tarek Dergham is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the University of Central Florida, which they began in 2020 and is expected to complete in 2022. Prior to this, they completed Information Technology courses at Valencia College from 2014 to 2016, and took Android Developer Courses at Udacity from 2016 to 2017. In addition, they have obtained certifications from Cisco and TestOut Corporation in 2021 and 2020, respectively.
