Joanna Rose

Joanna Rose has a solid work experience in the HR field. Joanna started their career as an HR Business Partner at Abbey in 1995 and worked there for 10 years. Joanna then joined Motability Operations Ltd in 2005 and continued working as an HR Business Partner for another 5 years. In 2010, they became the Head of Human Resources and Facilities at Motability, where they worked for 8 years. Joanna later transitioned to the role of Talent & Engagement Manager at Motability Operations Ltd in 2021 and eventually became the Head of People Experience in 2022.

Joanna Rose completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Sciences from the University of Hertfordshire, where they studied from 1992 to 1995. Prior to that, they attended Hemel Hempstead School from 1982 to 1989, though no specific degree or field of study was mentioned.
