Jon Secker

Jon Secker has a diverse work experience in various industries and positions. Jon started their career at Crown Golf as an Operations Support Manager from 1999 to 2006. Jon then worked as the Head of Information Systems at Gladstone Health & Leisure from 2006 to 2007. Jon subsequently served as the System Development Manager at Newfound NV, where they devised and built systems to enhance customer experience and revenue. From 2008 to 2011, they worked at Cascade3d as an MI Manager and Programme Manager. Jon later joined Motability Operations Ltd, where they held several roles including MI Manager, Application Services Manager, Head of IT Infrastructure, and currently, as the Head of IT Operations. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing IT operations and delivering the strategic roadmap. Additionally, they led the transformation of analytics at Motability by implementing an Enterprise Data Warehouse and scalable BI solutions.

Jon Secker attended the University of Plymouth from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Business Studies.
