Kirsty Keck

Kirsty Keck serves as the Head of HR Business Partnering at Motability Operations Ltd since January 2023. Prior experience includes significant leadership roles at Nationwide Building Society from February 2008 to April 2022, culminating in the position of Director, Strategic Business Change, where Kirsty oversaw a portfolio of 200 projects and developed the Society's Strategic Change Roadmap.
