Simon Medcalf

Simon Medcalf is an experienced program manager with a diverse background in managing complex projects across various sectors, including finance and property development. Currently serving as the VRM Program Manager at Motability Operations Ltd since June 2021, Simon oversees a large-scale program focused on enhancing functionality in the Vehicle Remarketing area. Previous roles include program management positions at B&CE, Friends Life UK, and AXA, where Simon led significant change initiatives and system implementations. Additionally, Simon has experience as a self-employed property developer and has contributed as a business consultant and program director. Simon holds a BSc (Hons) in Mathematics and a Diploma in Financial Services from The Open University, along with educational credentials from the University of Leeds.
