Joana Dias is an experienced professional in customer operations and graphic design, currently serving as the Customer Operations Manager and Head of Training for Customer Service at Moteefe since April 2016. In this role, Joana established a comprehensive training system for customer service, providing ongoing training for both new and senior agents. Prior to this, Joana worked at Teleperformance Portugal managing claims for Samsung, and as a Customer Service Representative at ASOS.com. Joana's earlier experience includes freelance graphic design and illustration from 2011 to 2016, complemented by a Professional Course in Graphic Design from FLAG and a Licentiate degree in Estudos Portugueses e Lusófonos from Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
