Ernie Bello

Ernie Bello has extensive work experience in various engineering and leadership roles. In their most recent position as the Director of Engineering, Cloud at Moth+Flame, they oversee engineering operations related to cloud technology. Prior to this, Ernie served as the Principal Engineer and Lead Engineer, Front End at the same company.

Before joining Moth+Flame, Ernie worked as a Senior Frontend Engineer at Hana, where they led the effort to replace the marketing website with a Gatsby architecture. Ernie significantly improved code quality, reduced release time, and increased page performance.

Ernie also worked as a Senior Frontend Engineer / Tech Lead at Skubana, where they launched a major app integration with QuickBooks Online, automating bookkeeping and expediting account reconciliation for customers.

During their tenure at Tenet Partners, Ernie held the position of Director, Digital. In this role, they led the creation of a credit card design progressive web app for Mastercard and developed custom tools for State Farm and Conduent to streamline their processes.

Before Tenet Partners, Ernie worked at Brandlogic (now Tenet Partners) as a Development Team Lead and Software Engineer. Ernie revolutionized Xerox's brand review process and created portfolio modeling tools for NuOrion Partners. Ernie also saved companies like Amgen, CFA Institute, and Air Products significant amounts of money through their innovative solutions.

Ernie Bello attended Rochester Institute of Technology from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
