Sydney Nickel currently serves as a Graduate Research Technician at Boise State University Center for Health Policy, a position held since October 2023. Previously, Sydney worked as a Specimen Processor at Cole Diagnostics, where responsibilities included recording and transferring patient information while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Prior experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at Boise State University, collaborating on research related to breastfeeding, and an internship with Girls on the Run Treasure Valley, which focused on promoting physical activity among elementary students and participating in fundraising efforts. Sydney holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Health from Boise State University and is pursuing a Master of Public Health with a concentration in Data-Driven Decision Making, expected to complete in May 2025.
