Mark Follman is an accomplished author and editor with extensive experience in journalism and writing. Currently serving as an author at HarperCollins/DeyStreet since April 2019, Follman published "TRIGGER POINTS: Inside the Mission to Stop Mass Shootings in America." Follman has also held the position of National Affairs Editor at Mother Jones since September 2011. Previously, Follman contributed as Associate Director at MediaBugs.org from September 2009 to September 2011 and worked as Deputy News Editor at Salon Media Group from 2003 to 2009. Follman holds an MFA in Writing from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Duke University.
