Sue Horsley

Susan Horsley is a seasoned professional with significant experience in operations and plant management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Mother Parkers Tea & Coffee since March 2000, Susan oversees multiple departments including Receiving, Processing, Packaging, Production Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Manufacturing Systems, and Engineering, achieving substantial cost savings through system automation. Previously, as Operations Manager at Mother Parkers, Susan played a key role in establishing a startup operation, expanding the team and production capacity considerably. Prior experience includes roles at Conagra Brands and Nabisco, where Susan contributed to facility transitions and contract negotiations, as well as supervisory responsibilities at Kraft Foods Group. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Virginia and completed a Mini MBA course in Business Administration and Management at Southern Methodist University.
