Jennifer Watro is the Head of Audience Development at Motherly. Jennifer has held this position since May 2020.

Previous to their current role, Jennifer was the Head of Audience Development at Tinybeans from April 2019 to October 2021. In this role, they oversaw audience development initiatives across the Tinybeans Family Brands: Red Tricycle (redtri.com) and Tinybeans (tinybeans.com).

Before their time at Tinybeans, Jennifer was the Senior Director of Audience Development at the New York Post from August 2017 to April 2019.

From August 2014 to July 2017, Jennifer was the Director of Email Marketing at Wenner Media, where they were responsible for email marketing operations, management, strategy, acquisition and partnerships for Rolling Stone, Us Weekly & Men's Journal.

Prior to Wenner Media, Jennifer was the Senior Marketing Manager, Email at Parent Media Group from September 2008 to August 2014.

Jennifer began their career in 2008 as a Public Relations Intern at Cherry Communications before becoming a Telecommunications Intern at Capital One from January 2006 to December 2007.

Jennifer Watro has a Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, and Journalism from the University at Albany, SUNY.

Jennifer Watro reports to Jill Koziol, CEO. They are on a team with Jianmei Ni - VP, Finance and Operations, Erin Lem - VP, Content Strategy & Operations, and Kate Anderson - Chief of Staff.
