Carla O'Neal

Carla O'Neal is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in nonprofit and customer service sectors. Currently serving as the Area Executive Director at Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) since December 2021, Carla has previously held roles including Development Director for South & Central Texas and Development Officer, contributing to MADD's mission of combating drunk driving and supporting victims. Prior to MADD, Carla worked at March of Dimes from January 2011 to December 2021, where responsibilities included Manager of Donor Development and Senior Development Manager. Carla's career began at Cellular One, where a position as Customer Care Manager was held from 1988 to 2005. Carla is an alumnus of Amarillo College.
