Mothers Against Drunk Driving
Rachel Martens is a dedicated professional in the field of victim services and mental health counseling, currently serving as the Regional Victim Services Manager for Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota since October 2022. Previously, Rachel was the Safe Campus Project Director at the University of Sioux Falls, where successful management of a federal grant involved cultivating awareness and resources for survivors of gender-based violence. Earlier experience includes a role as Lead Behavioral Health Technician at Avera Behavioral Health and as a Counseling Intern at The Compass Center in Sioux Falls, providing vital counseling services to survivors of various forms of violence. Rachel holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from South Dakota State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Art, and Theology from the University of Sioux Falls.
