Cardith Fletcher has extensive experience in operations and human resources across multiple organizations. At Mothership Strategies, Cardith has served as an Operations Specialist since November 2019, following a role as Operations Associate. Previously, Cardith worked as a Human Resources Specialist at Oasis from October 2018 to February 2021 and began a career in human resources as a Human Resources Assistant at Rod 'N'​ Reel Resort from January 2018 to November 2019.
