Radhika Dayal

Radhika Dayal is an experienced engineering manager currently leading the team at Mothership since August 2021, overseeing iOS, Android, and backend developers. Prior to this role, Radhika served as a Software Engineering Manager at CardFlight, responsible for the technical success of the SwipeSimple platform while coaching software engineers. Radhika's earlier experience includes roles as an iOS and Android Developer at CardFlight, where new features for the SwipeSimple app were developed, and as a Software Developer at USAA, focusing on financial transactions. Radhika's career began with a technology internship at Bank of America and an undergraduate research project at Clemson University. Radhika holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from DePauw University and has furthered education at Queen Mary University of London.
