Andreas Kammermeier has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andreas began their career as a Fitnesstrainer and -berater at FitPlus Fitnesscenter Landshut from March 2002 to September 2007. Following this, they served as a Gebirgsjägeroffizier in the Bundeswehr (German Federal Armed Forces) from October 2005 to September 2012.

Afterwards, they joined Dr. Schneider Unternehmensgruppe as a Director Operative Quality Management from June 2022 to September 2023. Currently, Kammermeier is engaged with Motherson Group as a Director Operative Quality Management since October 2023.
Andreas Kammermeier completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Produktionstechnik at Rosenheim Technical University of Applied Sciences from 2012 to 2014. Andreas then pursued their Master of Business Administration in Management und Führungskompetenz at the same institution from 2016 to 2018. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in 1st und 2nd party auditor IATF 16949 and Prozessauditor VDA 6.3 from TÜV Süd.
