Balasubramanian Ramasamy

Balasubramanian Ramasamy has extensive experience in engineering management, currently serving as Head of Engineering at Motherson Group since October 2021. Prior to this role, Balasubramanian held various engineering positions including Manager Engineering-Special Process at Mahindra Aerospace from December 2013 to October 2021, and Group Leader - Engineering Special Process at Indo-US MIM Tec Pvt Ltd from April 2011 to December 2013. Additional experience includes Lead Engineer-Engineering at Aerospace Processing India Pvt. Ltd. from September 2008 to March 2011, Relationship Manager at India Infoline Ltd from December 2007 to July 2008, and Shift Supervisor-Plating at KONGOVI ELECTRONICS PVT LTD from May 2003 to December 2007.
