Carlos Roman

Carlos Roman is an experienced HR professional with a robust background in strategic management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of HR for the Chairman Office Americas at Motherson Group since March 2020, Carlos has previously held senior HR roles at LIXIL Water Technology Americas, Trinity Rail, Delphi, Infosys, Parker Hannifin, and Gigante.
