Goran Sipetic

Goran Sipetic currently serves as EVP Post-Merging at Motherson Group since October 2023. Prior to this role, Goran spent over eight years at Automotive Lighting, where titles included SVP Manufacturing and Chief Operating Officer, managing multiple facilities and leading substantial operational improvements. Experience also includes overseeing worldwide industrial development and plant management, achieving significant productivity gains and cost reductions. Earlier career roles at Valeo and Thomson Consumer Electronics involved production management and tooling engineering, laying a strong foundation in engineering and project management. Goran holds a Master's degree in Polymer/Plastics Engineering from Mines Douai and a Master of Science in Polymers and Composite Technology.
