Syam Shanmughan

Syam Shanmughan is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Head of IT & Business Systems at Motherson Group since March 2019, after holding the role of Manager - IT Delivery & Business Analytics. Previous positions include Business Analytics Lead/Group Database Administrator at Al Faraa Construction and Industrial Group from February 2016 to March 2019, Technology Lead at Infosys from March 2015 to February 2016, and Senior Software Engineer at Wipro Limited from February 2014 to January 2015. Syam began a career in technology as a Software Engineer at Birlasoft from April 2010 to February 2014 and as a Technical Support Engineer at Sutherland from November 2008 to January 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Information Technology from Jaipur National University (2020-2022) and a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering from IES College of Engineering, India (2004-2008).
