Vishal Ghadge

Vishal Ghadge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in delivery and operations management in the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President and Head of Delivery & Operations at Motifworks Inc. since June 2018, Vishal previously held roles as AVP - Delivery and Delivery Manager. Prior to that, Vishal worked at Indus Software Technologies Pvt. Ltd. from November 2008 to May 2018, where responsibilities included Senior Manager - Projects. Vishal began a career at Fundtech, where key contributions were made as Development Manager from 2000 to 2008. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Government College of Engineering Karad (1994-1998) and a Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) (1999-2000).
