Kamran Darban

Kamran Darban is an experienced operations manager with a strong background in engineering and manufacturing. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Motion Ai since February 2022, Kamran oversees day-to-day operations, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, and cost control. Prior roles include Operations Manager at Kaman Automation, leading similar responsibilities, and PMO Manager at Schneider Electric, where Kamran managed a team of project managers and engineers on energy solution projects. Additional positions include Senior Project Manager at Amonix, Inc. and Lasco Bathware, where Kamran implemented Lean manufacturing practices and managed project completion, and Project Engineer at IBT, developing automation systems. Kamran’s career began as a Senior Project Engineer at Dearborn Midwest Conveyor, focusing on custom system design.
