Tom St.germain

Tom St.Germain has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Production at Motion Conveyance Solutions since March 2024. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Director of Operations at Folding Guard® from July 2018 to September 2023 and also served as Director of Operations at Metal Box International from January 2014 to July 2018. Tom began a long-standing career in manufacturing operations as Plant Manager at Edsal Manufacturing Co. LLC from May 1994 to December 2013.
