Alina Dovgan

Alina Dovgan is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management, solution architecture, and quality assurance. Alina has worked for various companies in the IT industry, including Motion Picture Solutions, Salesforce, NTT DATA, Tom & Co. Ltd, objectsource - part of the Ampito Group, Vaimo, Alexandalexa.com, Ciklum, Magento, and ApriorIT.

In their most recent role as Head of Project Delivery and Client Success at Motion Picture Solutions, Alina was responsible for leading project delivery and ensuring client satisfaction. Prior to this, they worked as an e-Commerce Solution Architect at Salesforce, where they focused on driving customer success by leveraging Salesforce technologies.

At NTT DATA, Alina held multiple roles, including Product Owner, Solutions Team Leader, Business Market Manager, and Program Lead. In these positions, they managed projects, coordinated multidisciplinary teams, and contributed to the growth of the consulting practice.

Earlier in their career, Alina worked as an Ecommerce Project Manager at Tom & Co. Ltd, where they successfully managed multiple e-commerce projects. Alina also served as a Project Delivery Manager at objectsource - part of the Ampito Group, a Solution Specialist / Digital Product Manager at Vaimo, a Quality Assurance Analyst / Ecommerce Assistant at Alexandalexa.com, a Quality Assurance Engineer / Business Analyst at Ciklum, a Software Engineer 3, Quality / QA Team Leader at Magento, and a Quality Assurance Engineer at ApriorIT.

Alina Dovgan has a diverse education history. Alina obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Marketing from the University of Roehampton in 2013-2014. Prior to that, they earned a Diploma of Specialist in Software of Computerized Systems from the National University of Railway Transport in 2010-2011. Alina also holds a Diploma of Bachelor in Computer Science from the same university, which they completed in 2006-2010.

In addition to their academic degrees, Alina has acquired various certifications throughout their career. Alina obtained a Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification from Salesforce in March 2023. In December 2019, they earned certifications in Business Development Foundations, Leadership Foundations, Project Management: International Projects, Salesforce Trailhead, Learning Program Management, Managing Resources Across Project Teams, and Program Management Foundations, all from LinkedIn. Furthermore, Alina holds a Business Analyst certification from Automation Anywhere, achieved in July 2019. Alina also has certifications in PRINCE2 (2009) Foundation from APMG-International (August 2015), Foundation Certificate in Software Testing from ISTQB - International Software Testing Qualifications Board (April 2015), Magento Solution Specialist from Magento (April 2015), and Test Design and Planning from Luxoft (December 2010).

Additionally, Alina is currently pursuing a Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, although the exact completion month and year are unknown.
