Matthew Harrington

Matthew Harrington currently serves as the Executive Director of Enterprise Business Development at Motion Recruitment, a position held since January 2023 following the company's acquisition of MATRIX. Previously, Matthew was the Vice President of Client Services, focusing on growth strategies and organizational performance amid integration efforts. Matthew's extensive experience at MATRIX includes roles as Vice President for the Central U.S., Regional Director for the Central U.S., Branch Director overseeing Texas operations, and Sales Director managing a successful team in the Dallas/Ft. Worth area. Prior to MATRIX, Matthew held executive positions at Halo Group and Adecco, and began the career as a Sales Executive at Paychex and an Account Executive at Gartner. Education was completed at Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, FL.
