Melissa Winger earned their Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Cuyahoga Community College, where they attended from 2011 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Melissa has obtained several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma White Belt from The Council for Six Sigma Certification (CSSC) in February 2019, and an Agile Scrum Master certification from Scrum.org in October 2016.
