Marina Binner

Marina Binner has a diverse work experience in various companies. Marina currently holds the position of People & Talents Manager - Recruiting Coordinator at Motius, where they are responsible for recruiting and coordinating open positions. Prior to this, Marina worked at Reinhausen Power Composites GmbH as a Business Development & Marketing professional from July 2020 to June 2021. Previously, they held roles at Maschinenfabrik Reinhausen as a Working Student in HR Student Recruiting and Support from September 2019 to July 2020, and as an Intern in the same department from March 2019 to August 2019. Marina also gained experience at Krones AG, where they worked as a Bachelor Thesis Student in Corporate Development Project Management from October 2018 to February 2019, and as an Intern in the same department from March 2018 to September 2018. Their responsibilities at Krones AG included project planning and implementation, presentation creation, portfolio control, data quality improvement, and workshop support.

Marina Binner has a diverse educational background in the field of organizational psychology and business management. Marina obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Applied Organizational Psychology from OTH Amberg-Weiden between 2019 and 2022. During this time, Marina also attended the Universidad Finis Terrae in 2020, participating in the International Chile Bavarian Summer School to further their studies in organizational psychology.

Marina holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Retail and Service Management from OTH Amberg-Weiden, which they completed between 2015 and 2019.

In addition to their academic degrees, Marina has obtained several certifications to enhance their professional skills. Marina received a "Train the Trainer/Ausbildung der Ausbilder (ADA-Schein)" certification from Handwerkskammer Niederbayern-Oberpfalz in February 2021. In February 2020, Marina obtained a Certificate in Introduction to Coaching from OTH Amberg-Weiden. Furthermore, they acquired a Certificate in ETHNA - Ethics and Sustainability Management from OTH Amberg-Weiden in June 2019.
