Raiford James

Raiford James has extensive experience in both the private and military sectors. Since February 2012, Raiford has served as a Refinery Console Operator at Motiva Enterprises LLC, managing the refinery logistics area using Honeywell-based operating systems. In the US Army, beginning in October 2000, Raiford has risen through the ranks to Master Sergeant-OC/T, where responsibilities include planning and executing training exercises and providing crucial feedback through After-Action Reviews. Raiford has also held positions as a Senior Drill Sergeant, Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic, and Military Technician, showcasing a strong background in leadership, training, and mechanical repairs. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology from Lamar University and an Associate of Applied Science in Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene from Lamar Institute of Technology, along with a Certificate in Environmental Technician.
